Products
We offer:

- Fine art prints
Please note:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences
- Sizes and details are listed on each product page
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and are payable at checkout.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel an order
- Limit quantities
- Correct pricing errors
If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping
We ship within Australia and internationally where available.
- Shipping times are estimates only
- Delays may occur due to postal services
- Tracking details will be provided where possible
The Artful Pug is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Customs fees or import duties
Original Artwork
Original pieces are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, they are no longer available.
Ownership transfers upon full payment.
Prints
Prints may be:
- Open edition or limited edition (as stated)
- Produced on demand
We reserve the right to:
- Adjust materials or suppliers where necessary
- Maintain quality and consistency
Returns & Refunds

Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for major failure
- Compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

All artwork, images, and content on this website remain the property of The Artful Pug.
