Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Artful Pug, each piece is created or selected with care. Because we offer both original artworks and made-to-order prints, our returns policy differs depending on the item.

Original Artwork

All original artworks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

However, if your artwork arrives:

• Damaged in transit, or
• Not as described

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging. We will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement (if possible) or refund.

Art Prints

Many of our prints are produced to order, so we are unable to accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection
• Sizing or framing preferences

Please ensure you review product details carefully before purchasing.

If your print arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Shipping Damage

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If damage occurs:

1. Take clear photos of:
   • The packaging
   • The artwork
2. Email us at rae@theartfulpug.com within 48 hours

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Custom or made-to-order prints
• Sale items
